Technical Consultation

DEGEL.US provides its customers with Technical consultation in various stages of the project life cycle:

• Technical Requirements analysis
• Identifying the optimal solution:
• COTS/MOTS (Commercial/Military Off The Shelf) products
• Modified or per Spec products
• Assistance in specifying the products and engaging with relevant vendors that can comply with a high quality cost effective solution, that meets or exceeds the customer's requirements and project schedule.
• Assistance with prototype testing
• Provide accurate feedbacks to the vendor partner

Procurement

• Finding the best source for the required product/solution
• Open transparent communication channel between the selected Manufacturer and the customer to insure that product specification, delivery and price requirements are fully met
• Proactive follow-up on the Procurement process

After Sale Services

• Assist the customer with any open issues with the manufacturer
• Support and communicate new revisions and make sure that manufacturing files are updated
• Help with sample testing
• Assist in testing procedures (ATP, ESS, FAI, etc.)
